Carlos Rojas is the Diversity Recruiter for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Recruitment Office. From 2012-2013, Carlos served as a Peace Corps volunteer where he taught English and Spanish at the local high school in Hina, a predominately Muslim village in the desert of Cameroon.

Carlos worked with teachers to redesign testing methods, improve teacher’s English pronunciation, and incorporate critical thinking in lessons. As a secondary project, Carlos worked towards teaching sign language to a deaf community member.
